Mrs. Lori DeSouza is the Travel and Procurement Specialist II at the Florida Space Institute. Her duties include recruiting students who demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in science, mathematics, engineering and technology via e-mails and other marketing collateral pieces, create and coordinate agendas, spreadsheets, and organize and schedule travel arrangements for department sponsored events, and providing administrative support.
Prior to joining FGC, Mrs. DeSouza was an Educational/Informational Specialist for the Educators Resource Center at the Kennedy Space Center.
