MILDRED’S BIOGRAPHY

Budget Manager for the Florida Space Institute of the University of Central Florida. Ms. Rodriguez-Solivan has over 9 years of experience in research grants management, finance, and proposal / budget development. She is knowledgeable and experienced in cost development, and the use and management of federal funds. Her expertise in financial management facilitates oversight of the FSI portfolio and institutional budget. Ms. Rodriguez-Solivan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, and was formerly the Grants Manager of the Puerto Rico Space Grant Consortium, where she acquired significant program management experience. Ms. Rodriguez-Solivan’s is a member of the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA), and takes significant pride in the customer-based service she provides her researchers and faculty.
