SPACEU SYMPOSIUM:

JOSHUA TAGGART

Microelectronics for space must be able to survive across varying extreme temperatures and radiation. Aluminum Nitride as a piezoelectric material have shown to maintain consistent properties across temperatures up to 1100C, which may prove important for microelectronics to withstand extreme space environments such as the surface of Venus.
