To accelerate climate change solutions through open research and transformative education by funding essential resources, technology, and community engagement.

A Photo of CCORE’s location. CCORE is the only U.S. center with a cluster of ground-based instruments in the strategic Caribbean region. CCORE is also located in a geomagnetically mid-latitude while geographically a low-latitude site with unique aeronomical consequences.
CAMPAIGN GOALS:
Boost Research Capabilities: Fund cutting-edge research tools, data collection technologies, and open-access data platforms.
Expand Educational Outreach: Develop and disseminate educational programs and materials to schools and communities globally.
Foster Innovation and Collaboration: Establish grants for innovative projects and collaborations among researchers, industries, and governments
KEY COMPONENETS
ADVANCED RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE
Technology Acquisition: Secure advanced computing resources and satellite data access for climate modeling and analysis.
Open Data Initiatives: Create and maintain a publicly accessible database for climate data to encourage global participation in climate research.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Scholarship Fund: Offer scholarships to students pursuing climate studies, especially from underrepresented communities.
K-12 Outreach: Develop interactive, curriculum-aligned climate education kits for schools nationwide.
Public Workshops: Host workshops and webinars to educate the public on climate science and practical sustainability practices.
INNOVATION GRANTS
School Kits: Develop and distribute educational kits that include small quantities of stimulants along with teaching resources to help students understand planetary geology.
Workshops and Seminars: Conduct workshops for educators on how to teach planetary science using simulates, and host seminars and guest lectures to raise student interest in space exploration.
SUSTAINABILITY AND ENGAGEMENT
Sustainable Practices Fund: Support the implementation of sustainable practices at local community levels, such as urban greening projects and community-based monitoring.
Advocacy and Policy Development: Fund efforts to engage with policymakers for the development of science-based climate policies.
