CAMPAIGN MISSION
To enhance national security and safety in spaceflight through open research and transformative education by funding essential resources, technology, and community engagement.

CCORE is the only U.S. facility with a cluster of ground-based instruments in the Caribbean. This region is strategic to national security due to its unique aeronomical and geographic features.
CAMPAIGN GOALS:
Boost Research Capabilities: Fund cutting-edge research tools, data collection technologies, and open-access data platforms.
Expand Educational Outreach: Develop and disseminate educational programs and materials to schools and communities.
Foster Innovation and Collaboration: Establish grants for innovative projects and collaborations among researchers, industries, and governments
KEY COMPONENTS
ADVANCED RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE
Technology Acquisition: Secure advanced instruments and computing resources for data acquisition, analysis, and forecasting.
Open Data Initiatives: Create and maintain a publicly accessible database to encourage and support national participation in near-Earth space research.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Scholarship Fund: Offer scholarships to students pursuing remote sensing, space and atmospheric studies, especially from local communities.
K-12 Outreach: Develop interactive, curriculum-aligned space and atmospheric education kits for schools nationwide.
Public Workshops: Host workshops and webinars to educate the public on the importance of space and atmospheric sciences to the population’s everyday lives.
SUSTAINABILITY AND ENGAGEMENT
Sustainable Practices Fund: Support the implementation of sustainable and resilient practices at the local community level, such as community-based space and terrestrial weather monitoring.
Advocacy and Policy Development: Fund efforts to engage policymakers in developing science-based space policies.

Launch the campaign through high-profile events and social media blitzes, highlighting the importance and urgency of space and atmospheric research and education.

Target large donors, including corporations with spaceflight safety and national security initiatives, wealthy philanthropists, and international grants.

COMMUNITY AND GLOBAL OUTREACH
Expand fundraising to a broader audience through crowd-funding platforms and community fundraising events.

LONG-TERM IMPACT AND LEGACY
Establish endowments to ensure sustained funding for future research and educational programs.
MEASURING IMPACT
ANNUAL IMPACT REPORTS
Publish detailed reports on the research supported, educational outreach conducted, and overall impact on climate awareness and policy.
REGULAR UPDATES AND TRANSPARENCY
Maintain a high level of transparency with regular updates on how funds are being used and the progress of supported projects.
