ABSTRACT:
A 3D depth-sensing simulation framework models hand–object interaction in microgravity using an active infrared stereo camera and a physics-based Open3D engine. Tests under Earth and zero gravity confirm accurate tracking, stable motion, and a cost-effective tool for astronaut training and perception research.
