ABSTRACT:
Electron temperature (Te) is a fundamental plasma parameter for understanding a variety of plasma phenomena. The measurement is challenging to make from a small spacecraft due to spacecraft charging. We present development progress and results of a novel miniature dual Langmuir probe that is designed to measure Te from a CubeSat platform.
